SHIPMENTS MODE

Delivery takes place by courier appointed by Eyesonline.
In case of absence of the Customer, a second passage or a telephone contact by the Courier is foreseen to arrange a return within the next 24 hours.
In case of negative outcome also of the return, Eyesonline will try to contact the consumer customer to define and possibly resolve the causes of the non-delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES AND TIMES

Delivery times depend on the destination of the order and the availability of the product.

In the case of daily contact lenses, delivery takes place in 1-2 working days
In the case of monthly or special contact lenses (toric or progressive) the wait lasts a few days
In the case of sunglasses, delivery usually takes place in 3-4 working days except for those cases in which the glasses are in production; when this happens, we take care to promptly inform the customer by email or telephone.

The following are the delivery times to the customer from the time of shipment divided by location:

24 hours (1 working day) for Lombardy, Piedmont, Aosta Valley, Liguria, Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Emilia Romagna, Tuscany, Umbria, Marche, Lazio, Abruzzo, Molise, Campania, Basilicata and Puglia.

48 hours (2 working days) for Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria.

72 hours (3 working days) for places more difficult to reach (e.g. mountain areas, smaller islands, extreme suburbs or disadvantaged areas).

No deliveries are made on holidays and pre-holidays.

TRANSPORT COSTS

For orders over € 29.90 shipping in Italy is always free. For amounts less than € 29.90 the cost of transport will be calculated based on the weight of the items ordered. For Italy, sunglasses always have free shipping.
